Return an eligible vehicle within 3 days or 300 miles, whichever comes first.
Exchange a qualifying pre-owned Walser vehicle within 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Eligible customers receive 100% of the Walser Upfront Price back toward their next vehicle, excluding applicable taxes and fees.

Vehicle must be in the same physical and mechanical condition as it was during original delivery. Each customer is eligible to return or exchange one vehicle per year. If exchanging a pre-owned vehicle for a new one, the exchange is limited to the new vehicle brand sold by the original selling dealership. Exchange of pre-owned vehicles must be facilitated at the original selling dealership. Financing qualification applies to new vehicle exchanges. Offer applicable for in-stock vehicles only.
